HUD Mechanical did a great job on our mini-split system installation. This was for our vacation home, so ensuring they had access to the house required flexibility on their part as well as mine. Some complications were encountered, as is to be expected, and they handled them without incident.

I had a very hard time finding someone to fix my HVAC - dehumidifier in my home. I finally found Hud Mechanic. Bill contacted the manufacturer of the unit & figured it out. Bill also installed a water holding tank to my well and also replaced my hot water heater. I then asked if he did carpentry which I had an unfinished closet I wanted done. He put up walls,, installed a shelf & a bar & then painted it. He also installed kitchen wall cabinets. Whenever I called his Secretary with a question, she checked with Bill right away & got back to me immediately. I recommend HUD Mechanic for all your repair/install needs! I will be contacting them again. Excellent Contractor!

"To Jennifer, I apologize that Bill neglected to call you to let you know he was running late or have called the office and I could have called you to let you know he was running longer on another job. I know the frustration of waiting on people to come for a service call. It was Sunday and I'm sure you had plans. Services he did perform include: Cleaned and serviced air handling unit at your residence. Removed cover on the indoor unit. Cleaned and vacuumed the interior coil of the air handler. Cleaned all filters within the unit. Noted that the automatic deflection louver was broken and mentioned if you wanted it replaced, he could order a new louver for the unit. He was unaware of the mold but was returning on Sunday to accommodate your request. He called you to say he was on his way, but you told him not to come. We honor our commitment to Satisfaction Guaranteed Always. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. 11/19/2021 Just received notice from the bank that your check has bounced."

The install of the new a/c was replacing what was originally there. Wanted a a/c with a heat pump so that I could use that for heating. They also installed a nest thermostat to work with it. The removal of the old system & the new installation was done like it was for their own home. Worked long hours till the job was completely done. The owner & his two workers were extremely friendly
