Bill also installed a water holding tank to my well and also replaced my hot water heater. I then asked if he did carpentry which I had an unfinished closet I wanted done. He put up walls,, installed a shelf & a bar & then painted it. He also installed kitchen wall cabinets. "The job was delayed by due to abnormally cold weather, however once the work was started it was completed in a professional and timely manner. For example: the unit was being installed in a garage/workshop. When asked my opinion on some duct work that had been installed, I replied that it looked real good and added why be so picky since it was in a garage. The answer was that the job would be done right and they took pride in their work. Excellent answer! I was extremely impressed with the clean up on completion. "I would consider myself a perfectionist with an engineering background, armed with years of experience doing a wide range of home improvement projects including plumbing and HVAC repairs in my lifetime. In being so, it can be burdensome to hire any contractor for a home improvement project knowing full well the expectations are extremely high. When I first met Michael, I could tell from the outset of our conversations he loves what he does, and approaches each job with the goal of getting it right the first time. He and his team are highly motivated, and their pre-work surveying approach is methodical, which bodes well for job success. I hired him to convert an oil based home heating and hot water system to natural gas. Michael took what I would describe as a ‘rat’s nest’ of plumbing in a rental home we purchased for our daughter, and simplified with a reliable system that looks quite elegant after the install. When he came back to install our 80 gallon, commercial, "Bradford White" hot water heater Norbert and another younger technician were very helpful in removing the old tank with no mess at all and taking the tank away.
