Joe was very understanding, professional and saw the urgency. The furnace was old and needed a conversion unit installed to avoid having me to pay for a costly new furnace. He contacted the parts supplier, who needed to have the unit shipped to them the next morning. In the meantime Joe suggested an alternative heat source that I borrowed from my neighbor. The next morning (Christmas Eve) Joe was on his way and completed the conversion replacement to restore the heat. Thanks to Joe the heat has been working great and done at a fair price!"

"The job was delayed by due to abnormally cold weather, however once the work was started it was completed in a professional and timely manner. For example: the unit was being installed in a garage/workshop. When asked my opinion on some duct work that had been installed, I replied that it looked real good and added why be so picky since it was in a garage. "They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.
