After I finished clearing everything out of the room, I had Bob come in and re-plaster the walls and ceiling (ceiling was also covered in the plastic tiles). He did a fantastic job! The room was brand new when he was finished. Bob also contacted me a couple times after the job was done a week or two later just to check in on how things are and to make sure I was still satisfied. "Everything went well except for Home Depot sending wrong items.  Once I cancelled with them and went to Lowes, everything went very well.
Galen made additional recommendations and suggestions that made the final bathroom much better than I thought it could be.
They worked diligently and into the night and even the weekend to get it completed.  
Galen, Glen and Justin took pride in their work and made sure everything was to perfection - from the tile to the ceiling.
I will definitely use them again for any work I need.
 The only suggestion I have is to go through Lowes and not Home Depot for your bath tub, shower  etc.  Lowes was much easier to work with and made sure everything was correct.
