"I wanted to tell you how pleased I am about the service from your company. The guys were pleasant, professional and very respectful of people and my home. I also was impressed by how they made sure the furnace was in good working order before they left. I wouldn’t have been surprised if they would have cleaned up, turned the heat back on and left. "One of my home's bedrooms was showing mold on the ceiling and also in that room's closet.That closet also contains the entrance to the attic. My home is one story. I phoned MoldMedics (MM) and spoke with Thad. Thad came to my home the next day and inspected both the moldy bedroom and also other parts of the house, looking for mold that I might have overlooked. He told me what was causing the mold and he suggested what could be done in the future to prevent another mold outbreak. Thad quoted a fair price ($845 + tax) to fix the problem, and I accepted. Five days later Matt from MM came to my house and spent about 5 hours fixing the problem. Matt did an awesomely good job, including cleanup. Matt was very generous with his time spent answering my many questions, and he offered suggestions.Matt also gave my bathroom a quick chemical fogging, even though it was not on the original to-do list, thus it was a freebie. I am very satisfied with MM's fast response to my problem,their quality of work, and the fact that both Thad and Matt so patiently answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I wouldn't hesitate to use MM again in the future.show more

"For services performed 06/11/2020. Let me begin by saying I never write reviews but felt compelled to write this one. I usually do all my own plumbing and have cleaned out & snaked sewers several times because I could only find one plumber whose work and prices I trusted and he died 20 years ago. Our basement laundry floor drains were getting slow because the last time I cleaned them was in 2005. I did not have the time, inclination, or a truck to pick up an auger so decided I would give Angie's List members a try. On 06/09/2020, I sent requests to four (4) of their top rated sewer cleaning specialists but did not hear from 2, and heard from a third one weeks later. Bucci & Son were my last choice and added as a just in case after-thought. I cannot state how glad I am that I included them in my requests. Bob, the owner of Bucci & Son called me and left a message that same day stating they could take care of it on my time schedule. I did not return his call until early 06/11/2020. Bob quoted me a price that was more than fair and reasonable. I was apprehensive because the last plumber I paid to perform this on one of my rentals because it was an emergency quoted a price but it changed mid-job and he really stuck it to me. Bob sent his son & a helper out that afternoon to snake and hydro-wash the basement drains. To put it simply, they were courteous, quick, efficient, performed all the services I requested, answered all my questions, and did everything short of running a camera to demonstrate the cleaning was fully successful. They did not make a mess and cleaned up after themselves. I was so pleased with their work on the sewer that I discussed having them do work I wanted performed in the fall on my furnace boiler (I am highly displeased with the last "boiler expert" that worked on it.) I do think I have found a plumber again whose work and pricing I can trust. Interesting coincidence is the last one was also named Bob.show more

"Matt and team at the Mold Men went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with mold remediation for a bank owned home that we purchased. The bank insisted on paying the Mold Men from funds held in escrow and would only do so after the work was done. The team did a wonderful job remediating the mold. They were timely and professional. "I cannot emphasize how pleased we are with the work that Insulwise completed in our home. From the initial consultation with Erik to the completion of the job Insulwise was exceptional. This week we had blown-in insulation installed, Aeroseal and spray foam added to our rim joists. I was so impressed with both crews that worked here, Zach, Cody and Jake showed up for 2 days, working non-stop to blow the insulation into our walls and attic. I could not believe the amount of work that they did. Zach was crawling into spaces that only a child could get into. The 3 of them were so polite and accommodating. Although the work was messy they left my home very clean. Brian and Will performed the Aeroseal in the furnace and spray foam of the basement. They were so respectful and friendly. Once again the work area was cleaned. All my questions were answered thoroughly. Andy, the owner, came out at the end of the job for the installation of the attic vents. I admire an owner of a company that meets me after climbing off my roof! Andy also checked all the work that was done and even double checked on a part of the attic that did not require work. During the process I had to call the office to check on a few things and Sarah was so helpful. "That was a good experience. My tenant was trying to use the air conditioner and it was producing heat rather than cold air. It was $65 bucks in material and another $65, they call it a flat fee. So, I guess that's just kind of the charge to come out there and stuff. They're detailed in their diagnosis or description of work. They're professional, available, on time. The price is right in line with market, I don't think you're going to get cheaper than that anywhere else. I've used them in the past and I'll continue to use them.show more

"Very polite and professional. They know their stuff which is more than I can say for the other two bozos I called in to start with -- a plumbing/heating guy I'd used in the past who stuck me and didn't even answer BBB inquiries and then a contractor friend whose electrician tried to burn my house down -- I'd have saved $ and time if I'd have gone with a REAL HVAC company (Johnson's) to start with! Like today's automobiles, Cousin Joe can't just throw in a unit like the old days. You need to have an expert dealing with today's electronic, energy-efficient, and ductless units.
