Disappointed in the poor job done and the missed cleaning as well as no reply to my complaint!

They left black ring in the toilet; bathtub was dirty; floors still had dirt in corners of bathroom, kitchen; baseboards weren't touched. I did ask for the refridgerator to be cleaned, and that was done.

They did a very nice job. The two girls that cleaned the entire house were excellent - worked quickly, efficiently, wasted no time getting started and very friendly. Carpet cleaning guys were also good and got out some difficult stains.

I am very disappointed with the cleaning that was done. I had a problem with the company on the day of the cleaning and that was worked out, but 4-5 days after the work was done the stains have all come back. It even looks worse because the areas that were already clean look very clean and these stains stand out. I would not hire them again.

There is something that happens during carpet cleaning called wicking, as the carpet dries spots come up from underneath the carpet and leaves spots. Everything was done completely and professionally. I couldn't be more happy with the work performed. They were very timely and got the work done in the allocated time. They left no stone unturned. (baseboards, top of refrigerator, microwave, smudges on hallway wall, photo walls)

Elaine was very courteous and helpful on the phone. The two who came did a decent job of cleaning the carpets. The scotch guard was a little expensive. Otherwise it was a job well done.

Carpets in living room dining room and hall needed cleaned. Employees from Hadad arrived on time and were very professional. They did the job quickly and thoroughly and my carpet looked wonderful.

I was not at home, but my wife was very happy as they came and did a very thorough clean up and did not need constant supervision. They arrived at 1:00 p.m and left at a little after 3:00 p.m. And they even took the garbage with them!

Our carpets were quite stained and dirty, including with dog pee stains, and Hadad got them all clean! They were even able to get out the pet stains from the carpets and the chairs. Since we were doing all the rooms in the house, they were very accommodating about where we should go with the pet so we would be out of the way but not inconvenienced. They moved some light furniture, and helped me move a heavier piece. Most impressive - when there were streaks left on the stair carpet the next day, they came back and redid the stairs for free.

I paid in October and scheduled the cleaning for early December. Somehow I was forgotten and did not get on their schedule. I found this out when I called the day they were originally scheduled. They promptly sent a crew out to my house.

Very unhappy. On second cleaning a burner was left slightly open - smell of gas in the house when I returned a day later. On third cleaning, 2 inches of scrapes in the hardwood floor because the floor protectors were swept out (?) from under the speakers - which have been in the same place for 17 years and nobody scratched the floor before this.
