Took them all of 15 min. to fix AC.

Excellent. Technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the repair and the cost, and completed the work as described.

Very responsive and easy to work with. Made the project go as smooth as possible as I had to coordinate this from out of town. Worked with my schedule and was able to perform install to meet my schedule.

Service well the guys left a vent cover off the wall but otherwise no complaints and my house is cool I had to call for receipt and warranty.. because nothing was left or mailed but would recommend and use again

Went well, however part on boiler broke after one winters use.Had to pay for labor but not part.That was only due to misquote by technician on part expense responsibility. Should not have to pay for anything on one winters use on a boiler.

Our furnace started misbehaving on Christmas Day, working intermittently. Although a repairman did not make to our house that day, we did at least get a return phone call. When the furnace finally stopped working later in the week, I appreciated the persistence the repairman showed in trying to figure out the problem and get it fixed.

They sent out three people to install the units. The pricing was actually good. They installed the actual machinery, ener connected it all. They actually the furnaces and made the equipment onsite then disappeared for two years. I had to finish it myself. They contacted me and the previous owner prior to selling the business had an open invoice and sued me for the reminder. I was pissed. He came out, put it in, drop the equipment and disappeared for two years.

Great. They came on time and performed a furnace and humidifier check-up. Replaced parts that needed it.

They are always fair and attentive. I have always had them. They treat us right so we keep using them.

The technician, Paul, was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective part. We were totally satisfied with Paul's work and would definitely call Beam again if needed.

They don't work Saturdays so it makes it difficult for people that work. He explained a lot of things to me. I called and they told me I should have called in July or August to get October/November, no December. I think that could have been a little bit better. The only thing they do on Saturdays is emergency calls. Only one person came out and he was a talker so it took him about half hour to forty minutes to do the work. He did explain things to me but some of it had nothing to do with me.

I will use them again because I actually need another furnace. It flooded 12 inches after the first floor and one suggested to put it up in the ceiling like the rafters in the cellar but 2 other companies told me that there's no such thing, and they are very prominent companies. They were the ones who suggested it and explained to me how it would work and things like that. They are very nice people because that was a very bad time.

I had another heating person that I was really ticked off at cause he lead me on for a month, and a month and finally said oh we can't do that. They came and looked at the job and said we're going to need parts for this, and I said ok and then I had to keep calling them for over a month, maybe six weeks, maybe two months and they said we have the part on order, and finally said we're not going to be able to do that job after like six weeks of me waiting and calling them to see, are you coming, are you coming, are you coming and that's when I ended up with Beam.

We've had a very positive experience with them.

They had a good reputation and a good price. They came when they were supposed to.

It all went superbly. I received tremendous help in choosing the right system during the initial consultation. The person I worked with was very knowlegable and clearly wanted to make sure I would be very happy with the selection. They were very flexible with the install date as I had to delay it due to wanting to seal a new cement patio before they put the air conditioner on it. They came as scheduled and did a great job removing the old units and setting up the new ones. It's all great and my husband has even noticed an improvement in his asthma symptoms with the new system (which has a better filter).

Reliable. They were good. They're good. They do good work, I will use them again, and they have good prices.

They were great. Came out right away, it was 12 degrees when the furnace broke. Fixed the problem on the spot. We have used them for service for about 12 yrs now. Will definately continue to use them.

The guy was awesome. We had been told by two people from another heating and AC company we'd worked with for years that our furnace needed an expensive ($1,000+) repair and possibly needed to be replaced. This guy came in, looked at it, said "I can fix it." In 15 minutes our furnace was working like new again. We will definitely use them again.

The guys did an excellent job. Very efficient. Also very nice guys.I would suggest Beams heating to anyone.

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He picked up the broken part and it was replaced the next day.

My heater broke Saturday. They called me back that night and fixed it first thing in the morning.

Arrived on time and completed the work in 2 days. Beams had the best price! Even though it was snowing and below freezing, the A/C was installed. I will be using Beam for all my furnace and A/C repairs and maintenance.

Arrived on time, quick and efficient service. Scheduling took awhile. Tried to schedule in Oct, got a Nov date which Beam changed to Dec. This was not an emergency, just a routine checkup. We have called Beam in the past with no heat in below freezing weather and they were there very fast and got us up and running. Good Company.
