Turf Irrigation is a small owner operated irrigation company that has been in business since 1976. We are based in Audubon, NJ. Owner Scott MacMillan has Irrigation License issued by the NJ DEP. He is a active member of the NJ and the National Irrigation Association. We also specialize in low voltage landscape lighting.

"Scott is very easy to work with and very responsive to questions and our difficult schedule. He came out to meet us on the weekend and evenings. He worked with our landscaper on a big project and updated very old equipment. His prices were much more reasonable than the competition in this area. His team was friendly, hard working and thorough. We're still working on the lighting part of this project, but we really liked his recommendations and his attention to detail. We'll definitely continue to use Turf Irrigation in a seasonal contract. I would also like to comment on how unfair the overall Angie's List rating of his business is. It's based on one review of someone who never used Turf Irrigation services. The company got As from everyone who actually used their services, but those reviews are older so no longer counted. I read through all the reviews when our friends in this area and our landscaper recommended Scott and I encourage anyone considering using Turf Irrigation to do the same."

All in house employees no subs. Only commercial work is sometime co worked with sub or other GC when our company is out sourced. All forms of payments some packages and payment plans and all major credit cards.

"The owner, Bob Keller, cannot be trusted. He will tell you what you want to hear and not deliver. I hired him to do my patio. He took forever to start the job and then took over a month to "complete" it. He never actually finished it fully. Was supposed to come back and plant a tree for me and fix a couple mistakes and put the sand over/between the pavers. Then he promised to refund me some of my money since he didn't come back... Still waiting for a check 6 months later. He's a lying crook."

We are a family based business with over 35 years experience in the irrigation business. We have 6 service trucks on the road each day servicing both our residential and commercial customers. Our 4 installation crews are busy installing all new systems as well as additions to existing systems. We also service and install landscape lighting and drainage systems. In the winter months we snow plow our vast clientele of commercial customers. Please call our office any day any you will be greeted by a friendly voice to assist your needs and answer any questions.

"We got lots of estimates to install an irrigation system and landscape lighting. When I met with Joe he was not interested in selling me equipment but spent the time going over what we actually needed....especially for landscape lighting. His approach was great, he came up with a solution for our watering needs and a simple version for the landscape lighting since we weren't sure how much light we wanted.....Once we see it, if we want more highlighting it could easily be added.....which we did on 2 other occasions. His workers too great care of my property and when they had a question about location of sprinkler head they came and discussed it with me before moving forward. One of the best contractor experiences we have had. Almost forgot...we have a collection area where all the underground pipes disperse water from our gutters. That was always full of water when Joe mentioned that the pip wasn't done correctly....since he had the equipment and the machinery already on the property he took care of that for me. Even with this wet spring we have not seen any signs of water from the collection area overflowing. I've already referred them to many neighbors since everyone loves the landscape lighting."
