I have had Natural Lawn treating my lawn for the last 2 years. When I hired them 3/4 of my lawn looked like it was sodded (it was) and I had one area that needed work. Now not one part of my lawn looks like it had ever been sodded. It has consistently gotten worse every year. I called to complain to the local company. They said they would send someone out. They never did. I called the corporate office to complain. They said they would get back to me and never did.

Greetings, My lawn always looked good. I had Scott's Lawn Service previous years but switched to NLA when I heard many good comments on 1210 WHPT and I decided to give them a shot. I signed a contract with NLA and prepaid for an entire year of service about 2 years ago. In July of my contract year, I contacted them and shared that I was unhappy with their service. My lawn looked the worse it had in years in addition the folks on the phone were quite rude so I decided to cancel immediately. I asked for a prorated refund but was told that would not be possible because I got a discount for pre paying for an entire year. I agreed to have them finish out the contract. In March of this year NLA applied a service, I was not aware of this until I saw the report on my front door. NLA would leave this report after each service was completed. My credit card was charged automatically as they had the CC number on file. In addition to the “standard” service, I also purchased addition “packages” throughout the year. After receiving the report, I immediately called them and was told that they did not had notice of my cancellation. I then called the CC company to dispute the charges. After 3 months of investigation they (the CC company) credited my account for the $67.17. Their finding was that NLA did not provide any information to dispute my claim. I then started to receive bills from NLA stating that I had a past due amount. About 2 week ago, I received a call from a representative at NLA asking me to renew my contract with them. I thought that she was calling about the bill. I explained why I terminated my contract with her company and she was very apologetic. She indicated that he never heard of a situation of where a customer never had their remaining credit refunded due to unsatisfactory service. She took 2 weeks trying to get my account credited so I had a zero balance but she was unsuccessful. She was the first person that I had enjoyed interacting with. Long story short NLA, in my opinion, has inferior products, service, and their management staff, including Mr Brad Atkins should be ashamed of the way they run their business and treat their customers

Despicable company. They gave me a very convincing sales pitch about how their service was superior to any other service in the region. They had me convinced that my lawn needed treatments 10 times per year and that I would be blown away with the results. The sales guy told me that I would start seeing results almost immediately. Fast forward one year later and my lawn looks the exact same. There was no noticeable improvement whatsoever. I was willing to write this experience off as a lesson to myself, but then they came and treated my lawn this March without my permission. I had already signed up with a different lawn service and had no intention on going with Nature Lawn again this year. When I called to let them know of their error, the representative became extremely hostile and argumentative. This was when I realized exactly what a shady company they are. They threatened to send me to collections over their $110 "Soil Amendment" visit that I never asked for. What started as a too-good-to-be-true promise about green grass has now turned into blackmail over my credit score. Let my experience be your forewarning. Do not do business with this company.

It's too early to tell but so far I am very satisfied. I do like that I'm not using chemicals on my lawn. It's a bit more expensive than chemical based lawncare but worth it to me.

I have used this group at a previous residence and now our new one (3 years previous and 3rd year at current). I enjoy the fact that it is a natural alternative; safe for pets and humans. It does take a little longer for treatments to show a marked improvement because it's not using dangerous chemicals for a quick fix. However, if you stick with the program, you will see the benefits. My landscaper took pics at my old place because it was the best looking lawn he had on his route. Currently, if you look down the row of houses, ours stands out for the green, lush lawn. Had one neighbor start the program...hope they continue...would love the other one to do it too since neighboring, untreated lawns can have a negative effect on yours. I also use their natural ice melt product...it melts as good as the best on the market, is safe for pets (no burning of paws), plants/grass, and doesn't leave that oily mess on carpets and shoes. Whenever an issue comes up, they are very quick to respond, are very professional, and have never given me a reason to question their program. While I wish the cost was less (who doesn't want to save money), I'm sure it's fairly competitive and, when neighbors want to "...lay in your lawn and make grass angels...", you know it's worth the price.

It was mediocre. They're fully equipped and fully functioning service. They keep the grass pretty green. They charge a lot more than local services. They strongly promote the fact that they're kind to animals and things like that but I'm not so sure. It's an okay service. I would possibly use them again, but I'd have to look at other services.

They come back if we have a problem. It has been basically good; it's not perfect because I'm having a problem with the ground and lawn but they told me that it's part of the drought we're having. Their price is high but I'm not sure what the others charge.

So far it has been very good. They are here when they promise they will be here and they do what they say they will do. We've had them do the lawn for several years. The folks that show up are usually pretty friendly and they tell us ahead of time. I haven't compared their price. They have been very responsive. They seem to know what they are doing.

After only two treatments this year, my lawn has never looked better. I signed up with Naturalawn in March because I wanted to thicken up the lawn and limit all the weeds. The salesman told me it would be a process and our technician would work with us one on one. He was right! I requested to meet the person applying the treatment and to be called before the first treatment was done. Customer service called the night before. The technician I met was very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, concerns for my children and dog, and everything I was doing wrong before. We discussed what to expect. The front should look better faster than the back. I expected this because my children and dog always play in the back.

I've recommended this company to my neighbors since they were so impressed with my lawns turnaround. Thanks Naturalawn!

Never had same person twice, first guy stated he would be taking care of me. Never saw him again. Person who drove over patio and spread granular chemicals on pool cover was in and out of property in 15 mins and documented that on his job receipt. Called and cancelled rest of services. Had customer service manager call me and requested to come to see problem. He pretty much told me that company had problems with their staff overworked and not quality oriented, but wanted another chance to "fix it". Told him he (his company) had the entire summer and it was not worth the price. The following week Naturalawn made another "scheduled" application after I had called and cancelled service, and left a bill. Company did stop the bill and the next month attempted another application which I was able to cancel.
Was called at least every other month all winter with high pressure sales and offers of lower costs. Worst call was "new service manager" who promised "personal guarantee" everything would be done perfect and to my complete satisfaction, finally got through to him that I did not want any more service from their company.... got his final word from him, called me an a-hole and hung up. Got another automated call yesterday. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

It took them at least two or three calls each year to respond followed by another call to retreat the weeds again before the were gone - at almost the end of the season!|They missed about 15 feet x 10 feet of weed control along one side of the property this year that has been taken over by Swedish ivy. No offer for economic relief even though the area was part of the contracted area.||Although I have been a customer for several years, the quality and pricing of the service is no longer competitive. I probably won't do business with them again unless they improve their pricing and their attention to detail to respond to and correct issues.

Well my lawn is 1/2 dead.  They showed up on a couple of occasions within a weeks time to apply different treatments.  I have weeds all over what is left of my lawn.  The came to aerate and over seed and I had a hard time finding any evidence of holes where the machine would have punctured the holes.  I did not notice seed on my whole lawn.  I called to have them back and still don't think they aerated.  The time on my receipt says they were there for 20 minutes...there is no way they got the aerator machine our and did my lawn in that time.  I had other receipts where the time spent on my lawn was under 10 minutes.  How do you fertilize in under 10 minutes.  I would never give them business.  One thing they are good at is leaving a bill and sending reminders every other day.  DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS.

Having young children, I was looking for a more natural way to care for our lawn. It had become overrun by weeds and the soil was very compacted. I called Natural Lawn of America in April 2013, I dealt with the local office in Montgomeryville, PA. The contact I spoke with to explained everything to me over the phone and was not pushy or condescending like other companies I had dealt with in the past.  They were very responsive and courteous when I called back a few days later with questions.   They came out for the first time in May 2013 to apply weedkiller and fertilizer.  They leave a full explanation of all services each time they come. We saw results within 2 weeks so we prepaid for 6 applications.  They have since come out every 6-7 weeks and we have been very happy with their service.  We even signed up for aeration service in the fall.  I noticed one month they had not come in almost 8 weeks, so I called to see what the delay was about and the customer service rep told me they were a bit behind but would put me at the top of the list. They came out 2 days later.
The sales department does call very often trying to upsell us on various services (grub control, etc) , so that tends to get annoying at times, but overall I am very happy with their service.  We previously dealt with TruGreen which was a nightmare, so this has been a very refreshing experience.

They have only done one treatment so far, and it was for weeds. A couple weeks after the treatment there were still weeds. I call naturalawn and they came out to retreat the lawn, free of charge. Since then the weeds do seem to have died, I unfortunately have not been with this company long enough to say anything else about the results. Since signing up with them I have received two phone calls where they attempted to get me to sign up for flea and tick treatments. I said no the first time and they still called a second time. The person that calls is somewhat pushy and you can tell he is a salesperson. Another thing I did not like about the company is that no one ever met with me to explain what is going on with my lawn and how they plan to treat it and why. They come, no appointment, do their treatment, place a bill in the mail box, then leave.

NaturaLawn of America PA & NJ is great. I've been using a different service, but I decided I wanted to give NaturaLawn a try, since they use organic fertilizer. I have these horrible weeds. I called them and they came out within a week. They did something and the weeds are gone. My lawn also looks beautiful. It's nice, lush and green. I'm really thrilled with it. The only drawback is that I live in a community with 1,100 homes. If I'm the only one using the organic stuff, it's not going to do much for the groundwater. My experience with them has been excellent. The price is a little high, but it's worth it, to be organic.

NaturalLawn was ALWAYS professional and courteous with me, answering all my questions whenever I called.  The aeration and seeding service was well done.  I walked through the lawn with the service person to show where my irrigation and invisible fence were laid, and they were very careful to keep away from my markings.  In just this one year I have seen a large improvement in the lawn.  Most of the crab grass and ugly weeds are gone, and there is more grass starting to grow in the bald spots.
I signed up for the next season, for a total of $655 for 7 applications, since I don't need the aeration and seeding service.  In the end, it costs less for these professionals to service my lawn, than if I went out and bought the fertilizer and weed killers and applied them myself 7 times over the season.  It's a good deal financially, plus the products are safer, with less pesticides, than most you can buy over the counter.

I have young kids and I wanted a more natural, safer way to treat my lawn.  I was happy originally with their service.  I cancelled back in September with them, and today someone showed up and sprayed my lawn with chemicals.  I called the office and spoke with Brandy Collins and told them about my unhappiness and that I had previously cancelled.  They said I was still going to owe them money.  In reviewing the service itself it was good.  In terms of cancellation it is a nightmare.  I told them repeatedly that I had cancelled and didn't want their service, yet they came out and sprayed again.  It is impossible to cancel these people.
