The lawn completely deteriorated. They said it was due to underwatering, but that wasn't the case. Turns out they weren't doing the chemical and pesticide treatments regularly. They also cut the line to my sprinkler system and did not tell me. I realized the problem and management came and fixed the issue immediately. It shouldn't have happened, they should have passed the information to their supervisor to have the issue fixed right away.

The landscape designer (Ellen Foose) gave us a quote which was revised once or twice (due to changes we wanted). She was always very responsive, usually getting back to us within 24 hours with an updated design and costs. She really listened to what we wanted, and designed a landscape that fit within our budget. The work was done on May 11 and May 13. The crews were prompt, very hard-working, polite, and extremely neat. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of both days. Ellen was there several times on both days to make sure the design was done to her specifications. The result is beautiful - we are very happy with it and would hire them again.

I contacted them for information. They responded promptly. They gave us a detailed plan of the plants they would use and the estimate was in line we another we had gotten from a different landscaper. The plan suited the style of our house perfectly. They came when they said they would. They tore out all our old shrubs but preserved a rose bush that I asked them to save and relocated it to the back of the house. They cleaned up the beds on the side of the house even though we weren't having those replaced. When they finished, we were given detailed instructions on how to care for our new plants. It has been a year and all except two plants have flourished without needing much care at all. It looks really lovely. One of my daughter's friends came to visit and didn't recognize the house because it looked so much better!

We have been using this Lawn care program for four years. Our grass looks very healthy. The crab grass has completely disappeared and it even looks good in the winter. The come about once a month and do a quick job and leave memo on watering, etc. in the mailbox. They never interrupt, they do their work quietly and quickly. We are so glad we have signed a contract with them again.
