The provider had to stay for a couple of hours extra. They did a great job and they cleaned up the yard, they trimmed bushes as well. They were efficient industrious, honest, and responsive.

Very smoothly. Work was completed in the timeframe agreed upon. Quality was very high. Crew neat and professional. Design was more difficult to execute than some plainer patterns, but the workers did it perfectly.

The workers left a trash bag in the backyard, leaving me to bring it to the curb. The other bags were black, plastic garbage bags, which my township will not pick up. The requirement is that yard waste must be placed in paper bags. My neighbor told me this one day prior to trash pick-up day, stating "anyone who works professionally in yards should know the rules of the township. But the worst part is that I have left at least about a dozen phone calls to the provider with no response from them at all. We have gotten a receptionist and also left voicemails. No response. That trash is still sitting there. Also, I said that fallen tree trunks and bush trimming along my walkway were priorities and neither one of those things were done. I need them to come back Immediately to complete the work that I paid for. Incidentally, you advertised this as a no-discount service.

Service provider arrived on time, were very thorough with their work and cleaned up after they were finished.  The staff were professional and pleasant to talk with.  Bob is very personable and professional and easy to work with.  I am seeing positive results already!

We were completely satisfied with the finished job and it was a pleasure working with Bob and his crew.

He was probably half the price of another contractor that I got a price from.

I had them come in and cut off and trim hanging limbs from the adjacent property. They also maintain the common ground in the community. They are really good and definitely.
