"Dan came by surveyed the situation and then on his on nickel went to Home Depot to get the needed part.   He found out that Pella no longer made parts for that door and came back to the house to fix it any way.    Because the latch was beyond repair, Dan came up with a creative solution that allows us to continue to use the door.
