"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. "None if the indoor windowsills were wiped. Dirty water was left to dry on them. None of the outdoor window frames (the area between the window and screen) were cleaned. I thought that was standard when cleaning windows. There were also a few streaks left behind. The men were nice but I wasn't happy with the job they did."

"Chris returned my call and met me to review the various repairs needed to be performed. The date was set to start the work, which was completed in 2 days. Most of the project was completed on the first day. There was a break between the work being completed because the windows had to be ordered, which was expected. Everyone on the crew was polite and responsive to any questions I asked. I plan to hire again for many more repairs in the future."
