From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. "None if the indoor windowsills were wiped. Dirty water was left to dry on them. None of the outdoor window frames (the area between the window and screen) were cleaned. I thought that was standard when cleaning windows. There were also a few streaks left behind. The men were nice but I wasn't happy with the job they did."

"I called and the next day the sales rep came out to our building with samples to pick from and she was very informative about the products and professional. I had to call back in because i did not count the right number of windows to be done. And again the sales rep was accommodating and was able to add the windows 3 days before installing. Also was able to schedule a sunday Installation when the lab was closed. The installer was here early, very courteous , professional and efficient. I was able to leave him to do his work so i could get my tasks done also. Exceptional service"
