Mitchell Masonry and Restoration

I highly recommend Mitchell Masonry. Brent is very knowledgeable and does excellent work. Had new flashing installed as well as tuck pointing on my chimney. The concrete crown he installed on the chimney is a huge improvement over the original and looks great.

A section of stone fell out of our fireplace. I sent photos of the issue to Mitchell Masonry, who called me the same day, quoted a price based on the photos and came out and did the repair two days later. The whole experience was fast and professional. Will certainly call them again for any future masonry needs.

Big shout out to Mitchell Masonry. Replaced two window lintels and some spot pointing on window sills and around the house. Excellent work, friendly, answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Brent is a true professional! When I contacted him thru HA, he emailed me right back from his son's baseball game and asked if he could stop by later that week to look at my chimney repointing and repair project. I interviewed 2 other contractors and what I liked best about Brent was that he wasn’t pushy and he explained his approach in terms I could understand. His price was also very reasonable and fair. The work started a couple of weeks later when he could fit me in his schedule. He and his partner Chris showed up as promised and completed the work in two days. Chimney looks great and I expect that I will not have anymore water problems for a long time. I’m definitely thinking about hiring him back for my next masonry project! You too should consider Mitchell Masonry...you won’t be disappointed.

Just had a beautiful retaining wall completed at my home with a decorative post. Very well pleased and most likely will have future work done as well. Brent has a good eye for what will work good and look even better. The clean up was excellent and basically all I had to do was write the check in the end. Thumbs Up on this One

Very quick response time. Brent took the time to take care of problems I hadn't realized existed.

He did call promptly to inspect site and we agreed on price. I went to brickyard he recommended and ordered the needed brick. After almost 1 month called on Friday and left message to say he would be at my home May 22 no time indicated. I called brickyard to inform them he would be picking up bricks and was informed that he had not ordered them and to come back and look at what he had in yard. Immediately I called Brent Mitchell left message asking for recommendations or advice. No Answer. I decided to go back Saturday and check the brickyard's supplies and other brickyards. Again called Brent Mitchell and left message stating same. Sunday, I still looked around my area even though I had decided to take the bricks from his recommended supplier. I also knew I had to take my mother for medical attention that Monday. Again called and left message-still no answer. Not knowing which direction to turn and assuming he still was arriving Monday, May 22; I paid someone to take my mother while I waited for Brent Mitchell. No phone call and did not show up. After all my time spent making things easier for him and his worker. NOTHING! I had even offered to take down the old brick he was going to replace. It is more than obvious he had never planned on doing job. He was probably trying to subcontract the job because he couldn't do it himself. It is a small area, where would you put the worker he was supposedly bringing? I have had several projects over the past few years all with wonderfully professional people and fantastic results. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE.
