"He finished the roof but did not tell me about the error in his workmanship. He did not finish the whole work. Update 12/22/2021: He finished the roof and said he fixed the problem, he showed me how he was to complete the repairs and after it was complete the work was not done in the manner he said he would do it. A new problem was noticed with the shingles and they are overhanging on a peak of the roof and are not attached and will blow off with high winds. The second part of the job, to put two sides on the shed was not done properly, he is charging me to come out to fix it, which is ridiculous, that is why contractors put that in their estimates. He was going to come out on a Saturday but change to Friday since it was going to rain on Saturday, when he called me and by the time he arrived on the job site it would be dark, I told him I did not want him to work in the dark with a flashlight. he keeps giving me excuses on why he cannot come out on certain days for personal reasons. The job should have been completed in October, except for his constant excuses for not being able to come out. If the problems are not resolved by the end of the year I will escalate this by other means."

"It took them 11 weeks to get my shower door installed! They were less than honest about my order throughout. Ultimately I didn’t even get what I initially ordered. They claim they told me the item I ordered was no longer available. They did not. When I emailed or called them to check on the status of my order, I never got a response. After 6 weeks of inaction on their part I finally contacted another sales rep and started to get answers. Not honest ones, but at least they were answers. I was told the door would be in in a couple of weeks. After 8 weeks the installation crew arrived with a door. NOT the door I ordered, but a door. I went to the office the next day and got a lot of bs from my sales person. She told me she had told the item I ordered was not available and I’d have to order something else. At this point I should have walked away, but I’m a slow learner. I ordered something else. They made a mistake on the order, but corrected it when I called them and sent them an email about it. 11 weeks after my initial order the door was installed. The install crew did an outstanding job. When this ordeal was over I wrote a letter to the owners detailing my experience with their company. I got no response. I wasn’t surprised. I do not recommend using this company."

Rainwater entered thru that small opening, they the box, under neath the floor boards & rugs, and accumulated in large quantities on the passenger side rear floor. Continued sponging only removed the visible water, as it it continued seep up thru the rugs. My Volvo dealer verified the location of the leak, and the use of an aftermarket replacement windshield. They agreed to replace this defective installation at my home only after my Travellers Ins Co. intervened with their management. A Volvo windshield was used this time & recalibration performed after my request due to Volvo “on call” warning flashed for “service required”! At this point, and to date, water continues to rise up from under the carpet. Nothing has been done for the water damage & possible existence of Mold in the vehicle!"
