Way overpriced. Didn’t have the exact products I wanted and didn’t give me a customized quote...just buckets of cost based on what I wanted. Got them through Home Depot but found a more local firm with a much different cost structure.

Amazingly it is done in one day. The two installers arrived at 8 and were done by 2pm they were respectful of my house laying out tarps etc. When they left everything was clean and looks beautiful.

the original salesman took pictures and video of job site, he told me that an estimator would follow-up to ensure measurements, design, etc.

The next time I saw anyone from the company was 7 weeks later when the workmen showed up to do the work. The work required plumbing permits that they did not obtain, so I had to reschedule the job.

I requested a change from right hand to left hand tub orientation during the interim time. They happily made the change for me  (which just required them to order the different tub).

I wasn't completely satisfied with the way they tied the new surround to the existing bathroom walls. If the estimator had come to the house before the work, I would have known that their design wasn't adequate in this regard, but - oh well, next time I'll demand a more thorough design before the work is done -- my bad.

The workers were knowledgeable and courteous. They cut all materials outside on the driveway, They didn't do a very good job of cleanup however ( a good amount of tiny slivers of material and wood shavings were on the driveway after they left.)

Overall, I give the technical work a B+, but I give the design a C. The finished product looks attractive and of good quality (other than the design flaw mentioned above).

Their price wasn't the lowest, but I believe the lifetime warranty seemed to be worth the extra cost.

web says all and any colors available- I was looking for specific colors for my bathroom. only colors available are same as home depot- white or bisque and it would be cheaper to replace rather than use this service

The consultant was extremely professional and friendly. She was punctual and very upfront about the cost. She had plenty of samples to show us and appeared extremely knowledgeable about the company and their products.

After reaching out to learn more about Re-Bath, their representative came to our house to explain the process, show the various options, and measure thoroughly to provide a price estimate. Their rep was quite knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping us to understand the options and prices associated. We decided to move ahead with the project and the order was placed for our materials, which came in sooner than expected which allowed us to get the installation taken care of 2-3 week earlier than estimated.
The installers were in and out in one day, completing the job to our satisfaction and were great to work with. It's been almost four months since the installation and we are very happy with the work and our lovely, new bathroom!

Let me start by saying we have NO complaints about the product.We would highly recommend Rebath,it is beautiful and we are absolutely delighted with our new tub and the surround! Perhaps I should be writing a review on the installers,Delval Baths of the same address in Allentown.Taking out the old tub was a very messy job and they never covered a thing! They took no care of our home,did not seal off the upstairs to prevent the flying dust from coming down the stairs and all through the living room,dining room and kitchen.They did use a dropcloth down the stairs and out the front door.There is a bookcase in the upstairs hallway that was so covered in debris we may never get that entirely clean.Why didn't they cover that or if they had told us how messy the job was going to be,we have dropcloths down the basement we could have used! When these 2 young men were finished and I expressed how upset I was,they just shrugged and agreed that it's a messy job.It wasn't until later in the night that I noticed they had put 3 holes in the bedroom wall! That's right,3 quarter sized holes from the bathroom right into the bedroom! As I said,I would always use the Rebath product.they have so many beautiful choices compared to their competitors.But Delval baths needs to train their workmen on respect for customers homes.

The Rebath representative was responsive and the installers remembered installing  my Rebath shower a couple of years ago. The installers were very professional and even they went above and beyond and  replaced the silicone seal around the shower for me - it looks like a brand new shower and the shower door is of superior quality - far better than the door I substituted.  Live and learn go with the best. :-)  They also cleaned up after the installation - nothing for me to do. I recommend Rebath to anyone looking to upgrade their bathrooms.

The work was performed with attention to detail, skill and quality throughout.  The results were exactly what was committed to and promised.  We were given guidance that using a bath remodeling service that simply covers over existing baths and tile was less than optimal, and we would agree.  When doing the job in 2 baths, damage to the underlying wall was found due to grout breakdown. 
The results of the Rebath product are beautiful, very high quality looking materials and something we should have done years ago. Cleaning is a breeze and Rebath provides a strong warranty.  We would recommend them to anyone who is contemplating a shower or bathtub replacement or redo.

It was wonderful. They were very meticulous with their clean up. They arrived on time and got it done in one day.

Everything turned out nice. They put in the wrong door in March and replaced it in May. The door was just put on the wrong way. They were very good and cleaned up after each session. They were very nice and nice to work with.

Worked out well and did a good job. Salesman came and out and picked out the design and fixtures. The workers came out on time and cleaned up. This was one of my better experiences. You cannot see the glass doors you buy until they are delivered. They were not as rich as I expected. Overall it was good experience.

The guy who came out was very nice and showed me pictures. They did a quick and efficient job. The worker was very cordial. Overall, the did fantastic and amazing work.

An estimator was sent to the house to talk to us about the process and give an overall estimate.  Unfortunately he was new, and told us several things that were not correct.  So that set the stage for a job that was not done as promised. 
The estimator also measured the tub while here.  He showed us samples so we could choose our color.
He told us the existing wall would be removed first, and a new wall installed.  That right there was a selling point.  We wanted new walls.  Unfortunately, this was not true.  He went over the contract and told us to get the tub at a reduced cost, to initial for the area that said "no slide resistant surface"....because he said that was a moot point....that by law all new tubs must be made slip resistant..
So work began a few days later.
No walls were removed.  We asked about this and were told they do not remove the old walls, but simply cover them with new material.  Hmmmmm.  Disappointed, we said OK, and let them proceed.  The tub arrived and did not fit.  It could not be cut to size, so we had to wait a few weeks for a new tub to be cast. 
The new tub arrived WITHOUT ANY SLID PROOF SURFACE.  We did not know this till we got in the tub the next day.  A day later the job was done and it looked very professional.  So we at that point talked about what to do about the errors.  The contractor called and asked if we were happy with the results and we told him it was very pretty, but the job was "not as promised".  We also informed Home Depot, who recommended them, to no longer recommend them to people with old bathrooms with "mud walls". 
The contractor was very generous with a discount for us, but made us sign an agreement that we would never be able to go back to him with any kind of problem pertaining to the job they did on our bathroom.
All in all it was bitter sweet.  Although the bathroom looks nice, it was not done in the way it had been promised...which would have lasted much longer, and we could have learned ....by watching..how to remove the remaining walls in the area.  But we hired someone else to do that for us.

The sales person/ estimater was prompt and knowledgable. The installers were excellent as is the product.  I would recommend this company.

Stephanie was very helpful and professional but we decided to go with real tile and a contractor who was less costly. The product is very nice.

They were neat and cleaned up everything. Very efficient. I was very happy with them.
