Glass Doctor of Norristown

Windshield replaced in shop, but immediately leaked thru top of new windshield due to improper sealing at top near the telescopic box. Rainwater entered thru that small opening, they the box, under neath the floor boards & rugs, and accumulated in large quantities on the passenger side rear floor. Continued sponging only removed the visible water, as it it continued seep up thru the rugs. My Volvo dealer verified the location of the leak, and the use of an aftermarket replacement windshield. They agreed to replace this defective installation at my home only after my Travellers Ins Co. intervened with their management. A Volvo windshield was used this time & recalibration performed after my request due to Volvo “on call” warning flashed for “service required”! At this point, and to date, water continues to rise up from under the carpet. Nothing has been done for the water damage & possible existence of Mold in the vehicle!

They took my deposit and refused to return my calls or schedule the installation as arranged. So, they owe me $500 plus a lot of aggravation!

Wonderful. Noah is excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The install happened sooner than expected. I got to meet his lovely wife. Noah even helped me get my brother out of the basement.

Noah from Glass Doctor was very responsive and came out right away to give me an estimate. As soon as the replacement glass was ready, Noah returned and installed them, Everything fit perfectly and looks like new. I was very pleased with the results and with the service provided by Noah and Glass Doctor.

I cannot say enough good things about the Glass Doctor of Montgomery County. He is extremely responsive and picks up the phone on every call and if I did ever get a voicemail he called me right back. I had him come out to my home to get an estimate for shower glass on a brand new shower that i had installed. My shower is 6' long by 4' wide. it has (2) showers within it. I was unsure of exactly where the door should be positioned because of how the shower was in the room. After the Glass Doctor assessed the area he put together an amazing rendering of what the shower glass & door would look like after installed. All I can say is it looks "Amazing". Now i can say my new bathroom is complete. If you are thinking about getting glass for your shower, I strongly recommend you call. you will not be disappointed.

I had the first appointment of the day. The shop opened and all employees were prompt and friendly. The waiting area is cluttered like a family room, TV was on to entertain. Service took about one hour and 15 minutes as described to me. I wanted to watch the process, but was denied access. Probably a liability issue. So far, so good. The glass and seals seem fine, I shall monitor how they wear, especially over the coldest winter months and hottest summer months.

Door was ordered and arrived within a week.  I was called to let me know it was available.  Store was a little late in opening when I went to pick it up.

I contacted Glass Doctor based on reviews from Angie's List.  I received a call back right away and was able to schedule an estimate appointment the next day with Noah.  The estimate was emailed to me later that same day. The glass was ordered for my new frameless shower enclosure and arrived in about 10 days.  The installers Dave and Yossi were FANTASTIC!  They took their time and worked magic with the imperfect tile in my bathroom.  They were professional, courteous and clean. I was even able to use my $25.00 Angie's List coupon.

Noah did a fanstastic job. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the enclosure. We would use him again for any glass project.

The job was done well but they did not clean the window panes after installing new glass. There were finger prints all over the glass after install.

Noah was fantastic.  He was very professional, on time and a perfectionist in his work.  I have used him on prior projects and he does a fantastic job.  Highly recommend him and his company.  I couldn't be happier with our glass shower doors and enclosure!!!
