At Baptiste Masonry we take great pride in every job we do like it was our own home. With 25 years experience I have seen a lot of beautiful work done by others and I have also seen a lot of not so good work. My goal for my customers is for them to be 100% satisfied and have a smile on their face when the work is complete. The job is not complete until that happens. "Clark Phillips personally came to give me a quote on the work, then a few weeks later his mason, Brandon called me to follow up and he also came out to look at the work that needed to be done. Then called again to see if I wanted to schedule. I felt very secure with their assessment of the work and estimate so I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done early December. They called to delay it a few days due to the weather. When Brandon began the work he completed it within 2.5 days. He was very neat and cleaned up everyday. "Our experience with Melnick s Masonry was great. We had them rebuild brick under our concrete steps, repair cracks in our concrete porch and refinish the surface and re-point our bricks. They did an excellent job, everything looks so nice. They arrived when they scheduled the work, finished in the time frame they provided and cleaned up when the job was completed.
