He came within a reasonable time frame to bid this smallish project and took the time to explain what was causing our yard to be soggy and exactly what needed done to fix the problem. Since this was a smaller project he was able to squeeze this in relatively quickly. We had no issues with work performed as you couldn’t barely tell where he ran the drain pipe as he peeled and relaid the sod back into place. He also went above and beyond with his work and you can see the pride and honesty when he and he crew are done. I would highly recommend using his services for any of your needs. The stones were precisely placed without causing any damage to my driveway, from where the Bobcat was operated. On the same day, Kevin's crew installed a decorative stone walkway from our driveway to our rear deck. It looks fantastic. I especially appreciated how easy Kevin was to work with. He carefully listened to my needs and concerns, made very helpful suggestions, regularly communicated with me about his schedule, and very competently executed the project plans.
