They were able to schedule the work during winter while there wasn't much snow, and I found the crew to be communicative, conscientious, thorough, and friendly. The quality of the work was good, and they let me know what the next steps in the process would be. It took a while for the weather to allow them to send the stump grinder back to finish the job, but that work was also done thoroughly by a friendly, attentive worker. I'd heard he was good with that type of work and when he came out and went over the job with me he was very knowledgeable, and said he had a great crew.
