He brought in a solid team and the work was knocked out quickly, and based on what I can see, and observe, it was done very well, within less than a single day. They cleaned up after themselves, which, in my experience, it not always guaranteed to happen with many contractors. Overall I give Bob and his team a strong recommendation. It's difficult to find people who are solid in their craftwork and who can also run the business side effectively (for things such as calling back promptly, arriving on-time, and charging a reasonable price). It was a big, messy job to grind off 10+ layers of old, peeling paint from concrete flooring/steps and sandstone "caps" on the brick "pony" walls that surround the porch.
