"I hired Jack and crew to replace a portion of my deck. For a nominal fee, Jack came out, evaluated my deck and gave me an estimate. The nominal fee went toward the estimate, which I thought was fair and reasonable. The cost I felt was fair, not cheap, but not expensive. "I can't say enough of Robert Dell'Aquila and his team. Our home was built ~ 1902. This was a very involved job, from the removal of damaged plaster ( more extensive than anticipated) , to replacing parts of the ceilings and walls, recovering old fireplaces, to ultimately the real art....the actual plastering. The team arrived on time and worked together seamlessly. They covered and protected furniture. They cleaned the rooms upon completion, as well as all 3 flights of stairs. I came to understand the meaning of master plastering. The new has blended and feathered with the old. The plaster swirls are beautiful making the rooms looking pristine, back to their original state. I couldn't be more pleased. The team of three were professional, courteous and personable. "Nate did an awesome job of home repairs including one door that had a broken hole which he patched and painted, now looks new! A section of drywall which had lumps in it that Nate said was termite damage. He removed and replaced the section which did have termite damage and also a huge amount of living small ants and eggs. He got matching paint and painted the entire wall. Another drywall hole in my computer room which he patched and painted. My skylights were leaking and Nate repaired and cleaned all of them, the day was so hot but it didn't slow him down. My concrete driveway was dirty and had cracks. He pressure washed it and put caulking in all the cracks. Nate is so excellent at determining how to make damaged areas look like new or a driveway look its very best without having to replace the entire concrete . I can't say just how much I appreciate his good pricing, always on time, always cleaning up worked spaces, ability to determine how to fix things, his honesty and integrity. "Great! The crew arrived on time both days, completed the work with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, AND completed on-schedule! It was a big, messy job to grind off 10+ layers of old, peeling paint from concrete flooring/steps and sandstone "caps" on the brick "pony" walls that surround the porch. They were careful of brickwork, landscaping and cleaned up after themselves, Overall, they did a fantastic job. Looking forward to many nice days on the porch this summer."

"Sales rep was excellent. Communication was good with all representatives including crew. Gave me good advance notice of when they would do the job. Materials arrived 2 days before job start, dumpster arrived day before. They did the work on a Saturday and the dumpster was gone early Monday. For what it's worth, I roofed in my younger days, and indeed did the original roof on this house, so I have a very good idea of what it takes. It's a very long distance from the street to the house, so just to get the materials to the house and the debris back up to the dumpster on the street is challenging. These guys did a good job under difficult circumstances.Before ripping the roof they covered the ground levels and also draped tarp over the side of the house. They were careful to save two large and heavy chimney caps which we wanted to preserve. The laying of the shingles was good. The gutters were cleaned thoroughly after the job and the ground was also cleaned. It was an extremely hot day and the crew worked hard."
