"Phil is open to suggestions and ideas that the customer has and executes it beautifully and in a timely manner. We wanted the yard fenced in, but still wanted to see the wooded area and not feel 'boxed' in. We went with Pickets on the two sides for privacy and a California style fence-chain link bordered with wooden planks. In doing so, this opened up the landscape and are able to see in and past the yard. "Great! The crew arrived on time both days, completed the work with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, AND completed on-schedule! It was a big, messy job to grind off 10+ layers of old, peeling paint from concrete flooring/steps and sandstone "caps" on the brick "pony" walls that surround the porch. I met with Dave LaBovick of Exceptional Exteriors and we agreed upon a price, which my wife and I found quite reasonable. The work on the vinyl siding began about a week later and took only a half a day to wrap up. The job was done to our complete satisfaction, The before and after is like night and day. Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. In both cases, they removed all debris and left-over building materials associated with the job.
