He called and arrived on May 2nd to give an estimate since was already in the neighborhood and proposed two additional services which we had not even thought about and were happy to include. And for a very reasonable price. While the tree was removed quickly I have been waiting over two months to get the stump removed. When I call I just get excuses that the stump removal equipment is broken. No one will talk to me but the receptionist. Very frustrating."
