"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. "I hired Luiz to remove kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, cooktop, oven and lift hardwood flooring. He then reinstalled the cabinets and appliances. Ceramic tile was installed to perfection. He also repaired some walls and painted the ceiling. Looks great! Easy to work with, very professional and fair market value pricing too. Iâ  m recommending him to my family!"

"I can’t say enough good things about this company. My kitchen needed to be completely replaced from a pipe leak. Josh and his team went above and beyond. They got the job done fast also.
