Professional, responded quickly to get job done, workmen worked diligently, cleaned up wirk area, worked quietly no yelling orders or music. They were courteous and very pleasant. Would definitely hire company again.

I would advise: do not waste your time and money with SJ Pierce. The product does not last and John does not care. My $4,000 concrete stairs put in by SJ Pierce 3 years later= Stairs pulling away from the house- obvious by the crumbling foundation around them and gap where they meet the house, AND one massive crack at the base of the stairs. When brought to his attention, John asked, what do you want me to do about it? The answer is simple: fix it. John will not do that though because there is no warranty on his work.

The guys did a tremendous job replacing my skylights! They look beautiful, have already withstood a hard rain with no issues. They were professional, left the worksite clean and I would HIGHLY recommend them for your next project!!!! Guaranteed excellent quality work!

This crew was honest, hardworking & provided quality workmanship. They came on time each day & worked well into the early evening to complete the job as promised. All debris was picked up daily. The project manager Marco was excellent & explained everything upon completion to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend this crew to other customers. My new roof looks great.

They came sooner than expected. The concrete is beautiful. Just have a few residual things to tend to.

Had to wait for the rain to stop and they had a couple previous customers to work with. In two days, working on the sidewalk, they removed 6 citied planks, and replaced them. The work is neat and looks great. May have to use their company again for a retaining wall

The crew was very efficient and knew what to do. They arrived early, got to work quickly, and worked diligently until the job was done.

Being a handy person myself and my experience in the past with other contractors I wanted to find a contractor with good references. That's why I went to Home Advisor. SJ Pierce popped up and found they were local were good. James came out and looked at the job and provided an estimate. After getting quotes from other contractors which varied plus or minus I selected SJ Pierce. Once the material arrived (which was delayed due to Covid and product delays) they finally started. The crew work quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately there was hidden damage under the old siding and Marcus and the crew recommended the correct fix. They recovery recommended that the roof also be replaced due to age. I thought here we go "Big change order". But James came up with a fair price for the additional and proceeded immediately to to resolve the issues. The crew worked non stop until it was to dark to work. They even came back over the weekend to complete the work. Marcus was vert meticulous about how all the repairs were executed. Over all I am very satisfied with SJ Pierce. I recommend them.

We needed a new roof and had wanted our porch replaced. They were able to do the whole project. Kept us in the loop about what they were doing and when. Very easy to work with. Cleaned up after themselves. Went thru the yard with a big magnet to pick up any nails that may have fallen in the yard. Once they started the project they continued working on it until it was complete even in the rain. The price was very reasonable and the quality excellent. We have told all our friends. Everyone who has seen the work is impressed.

Contractors were very pleasant to work with. They replaced a portion of my driveway and a section of garage floor due to broken concrete and cracking. Job was mostly completed to my satisfaction. They did go out of their way to do additional work such as filling cracks in my sidewalk.

Excellent workmanship and very neat workers!

I had a front porch redone with concrete steps and a side entrance done in concrete with aluminum railings on both jobs and they were great. They were terrific workers ,who worked in some cold weather and when they left everything was cleaned up like they were never here. I would recommend them highly for any job you need done!

John and James were both easy and pleasant to talk with concerning the project outline and updates while work was done for my new roof and gutters. Everyone always showed up on time, and work was quick and efficient. I'm very happy with the company!
