"This job involved assessment of previously laid tiles. That installation was a floating tile installation. This resulted in breaking at the edges of those tiles the new installation involved removal of the existing tiles, adding a new underlayment and installation of 18“ x 18“ tiles. These tiles were glued to the surface and it resulted in an excellent presentation. Any job the quality of the installation is what counts and Cory did an excellent job. "All Phase did a complete kitchen renovation, tore down the wall from the kitchen to the dining room, replaced carpeting with wood steps, installed new flooring on our main floor, and put in a new vanity and toilet in our powder room. Jared was the foreman, and was excellent in his carpentry as well as organization skills. He was very eager to please. He scheduled other workers to appear in a timely manner. The drywall patcher and electrician both did a really fine job. The wood flooring man was a real pro and worked out a couple difficult problems. The tile installer and painters did a fine job. Everyone who came was more than competent and trustworthy. Joe Stillman, the owner, was fair with the pricing and the job was finished very close to the original price quote, except for a few items we added. Although the job started late and lasted longer than we expected, we are very pleased with the results."

The salesperson Brandon was over-the-top pushy and condescending and subjected me to four hours of nonstop high-pressure sales pitches. I was required to make selections on flooring, fixtures, etc., without seeing actual samples. It wasn?t until a week later that another employee mentioned in passing that I could visit a showroom and see samples. This resulted in many changes, some of which were made, some not. End result is a bathroom that was well constructed, but contains some things I wouldn?t have chosen had I been given better information at the outset and not been subjected to such an unpleasant and unprofessional salesperson."
