I have buckles in every room of my house. Carpet was put in 7 yrs ago. have to have the living room and hall redone.

They were very nice and worked very well. However they took more than one day to complete because they didn’t bring enough to finish the job, and I was supposed to receive information about financing that nobody gave me. I ended up having to pay out of pocket which was doable but tight on my budget

Stairs were done beautifully. Floor work very well done. 3 men came. Communication a bit difficult due to language barrier Freshly painted walls scuffed during work at baseboard level. Did not come with any cleaning tools. Used my brooms, dust pan and snow shovel Arrived at 10:30 AM. Finished at 5 PM

Got started on the wrong foot. rescheduled appointment and it was well worth it. Love my new floors.

Vinyl tile, wood and marble look, are okay for the price. However, no mention of the need for under layment was EVER made, either by the salesperson or the installers, and not included in contract (I would have paid extra). Floors are cold, and already squeak in less than 1 week. Transitions from existing areas noticeably different heights (and dangerous trip hazards). Carpet padding okay, no complaint.Trouble reaching anyone for help. No supervisor on scene, no one returns calls. Our house is in shambles for three weeks, and we had to hire a local firm to tear out and redo. Finish work amateurish at best, criminally negligent at worst. If I could give negative stars, I would. Shame on you, Home Advisor, for only providing us this one lousy choice. I had such good success with all my other projects! New rule: ONLY HIRE LOCAL.

Salesman claimed he applied the new customer $500 discount, but it does not show up on the invoice, which was emailed, no hard copy. When I contacted Customer "Service" to request a breakdown, they promised one. However, an email was sent just before the install stating they cannot show a breakdown or where the discount was applied as they are "an all inclusive pricing company". So, how do I know what the cost per SF was or IF the discount was even applied. Seems shady to me, will not use this company again.

The sales agent who came to provide an estimate was great. The men who installed our floor were also great...timely and worked diligently. I would hire this company again.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered! Floors were very sticky. I housecleaning them with a laminate cleaner..still sticky. Finally afternoons from Empire, I cleaned them with a solution of one part vinegar to three parts water. Used a spray cleaner and after three times, stickiness was gone! 3months later I get a call from them saying they will replace the floors at my expense, because I used vinegar to clean them. Now the floors are buckling between my living and dining rooms. Someone came out and said it was from the humidity! She promised to fix the problem and that I would hear from her soon. It has been three weeks and Stillwater heard back. I will say that the installers were very efficient and worked well together. I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received.

Install Vinyl plank in Kitchen, professional work and completed on time.

It has been over a month since the work was started. They claimed the work order did not have all the rooms listed that were on the quote. I have called several times only to get the run around. The sales person has not returned by last 4 phone calls. Now I am in limbo, the work isn't finished with no resolution in sight and the monthly payments have started. Way to go Empire!

Excellent experience start to finish with Empire

Apparently, many carpet installers today are Mexican/Hispanic. The installer spoke fairly good English. His helper spoke none. Other than that, they did an excellent, very professional job. The helper was a go-for. He took out and removed the old carpet and runners, swept and vacuumed, as well as brought in the rolls of new carpet. The installer is probably one of he hardest workers I've ever seen. He worked his butt off and did a fabulous install. Wow. Very impressive!!!

The job was completed in one day. However, the installers installed a few damaged pieces of laminate that need to be replaced.

First guy came out to estimate and never emailed me the estimate. Weeks later they sent a second guy came to do the estimate. He was a hour late getting here. I made a appointment to have the work done. There appointments are that they will show up anywhere from 8am to 6pm. I waited all day for them and they showed up at 5:45pm and didn?t get done till almost 10pm. The installers were very nice and did a good job.
