Thomas was able to diagnosis other issues outside of what my specific request was for. The adaptability helped find the true cause of the exhaust fan issue and he solved it quickly. Super appreciative for his perspective and critical thinking skills.

Thomas did a great job. What we initially wanted to do wouldn't work so he came up with a different solution and scheduled a day to come over while he was at my house. He was also fair on price because he couldn't do much work the first day. I will be calling S&I if we need electrical work in the future.
