A kitchen remodel is the second project I've hired David for and I've been very happy with both results. His prices are reasonable and his customer service is excellent.

I would highly recommend David Sauder to anyone planning a remodeling project. He is very reliable and does excellent work. He created exactly what we wanted for our basement. And he added ideas that really work well for our space. I would definitely use him again if we do any further renovations.

I would Recommend Dave Sauder to anyone I know that is doing remodeling or refurbishing. He has done a lot of stuff me. He is honest and trustworthy been at my house all day with no one here and I totally trust him. If I had the need I would definitely call him back to do the job.

Dave completed a full master bath remodel for me that is absolutely gorgeous, along with kitchen tiling work, paining and lighting jobs. I could not be happier with his work! His work is top notch and he always wants to make sure that you are satisfied. Dave is always prompt in the morning and cleans everything when he leaves each day. He does amazing projects and anyone that hires him will never be disappointed. I have hired him to do multiple projects at my house over the years and have recommended him to several people. I will always continue to use him for any project I ever have in my home. His skills are amazing. Definitely recommend!

David did drywall replacement in my living room dining room, he installed laminate flooring in my living room,dining room,he rebuilt my deck, and did work to my hallway and bathroom, his work is amazing, cleans up after himself, on time, and the prices are reasonable, even with miscommunications he is very flexible. I hired David Sauder renovations to make some improvements to my mothers house (interior and exterior) prior to selling the property, and then followed up with home-inspection repairs during the sales process. Work consisted of replacing a bathroom vanity, kitchen sink and associated plumbing, repairing plumbing leaks to exterior faucets, building new walls in the basement bathroom, minor exterior repairs to vinyl siding, and installing GFCI outlets. In addition, he managed the 1/2 acre property with grounds keeping services (grass cutting, bush trimming and removal, and mulch spreading). ALL work was coordinated from over 300 miles away through my realtor. What was MOST impressive was Davids dependability. When he said he was going to be there - he was there. He was direct and honest about costs, timing and value. A very professional contractor!

Too often contractors take a job then send someone else to do the work and they don't know what is expected/do a good job or add extra costs. David did everything himself from the framing and drywall work to plumbing / electrical / and painting which was wonderful. He did an excellent job at remodeling our basement. He did everything that was stated in the contract for the amount quoted. He does great work at reasonable prices. Will use him again for any future projects

He helped with the bathroom remodel and also had him do some work in the kitchen. He was very flexible and was able to coordinate his work with my schedule.

He is over worked and under staffed but he is very good.

He just does incredibly fine painting no one paints like him! He is clean inside and outside, and tidy. He never leaves a mess even though he is coming out the next day!

He did a bathroom renovation for us, he did a wonderful job, his prep work was great, he was neat, finished on time, left the room the way he found it, and he was very personable.

He's very professional, pays attention to detail, and shows up on time. He is open to talking about ideas and suggestions to make them happen. We do not easily give 5 star ratings and he has earned it, we have now worked with him 3 or 4 times. I highly recommend him without hesitation.

The work was done on time, in budget and it looks Excellent! We had our kitchen counter top tiled, as well as a tiled back splash in an older kitchen, along with a new sink. The work done was above my expectations.

This guy charges way too much for the work he actually does. He is very disrespectful and was a complete disappointment. Lucky for us we found some one to fix all his mistakes. I would never recommend him to anyone. He also leaves his trash behind at the completion of a job.
