"Installation was awful. They wanted to charge me for anything and everything. Then slat delivery was supposed to be regular, but I had to insist on delivery when I ran out. When they did deliver, they left dozens of empty salt bags strewn all over and tore up the vapor barrier in my crawl space so badly that that it has to be replaced. I called to complain. The manager told me to find another service. Culligan wouldn't serve me any more."
