Rich and Lee did a fantastic job installing a 24K btu mini split system. They were polite and professional. We had a morning appointment and when an emergency came up they kept us updated as to their time frame. Although they arrived later than originally planned they stayed until the job was completed to our satisfaction. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, and we would highly recommend their services.

These guys are pathetic. They installed a new NG furnace and central air conditioning. As part of the agreement, they were to clean all of the air ducts. I called several times, and they told me their equipment was not working, but as soon as it was repaired, they would clean my ducts. While doing the installation, they claimed I needed a new power panel, at least one circuit breaker was very hot, but they could not show me. I had an electrician check it out, and he said there was nothing wrong. In my opinion they were just fishing for more work/money. I contacted them and said that I had not finished a review on them, at which point he got very angry and said they WOULD NOT be cleaning my ducts. I'm still considering having my attorney look into this. They also left messes wherever they did any work. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND them to anyone under any circumstances. Had the A/C unit maintenance. That meant the outside unit cleaned and the inside unit cleaned and all components tested. Right away they did not have a vacuum cleaner to use so I got mine out. On the phone they explained in detail what they would do and when I asked them are not you going to pull the condenser out to clean they said they might hurt the lines. As a professional your should know how to do it and on the phone they said they would. That did not happen and that was the main reason I had them come because they said they would pull it. They pulled the electrical cover off outside unit and found a dead mouse and a nest. After they left I noticed they left the mouse and nest next to unit. The started to clean the outside unit and I asked are not you going to take off the outside cover that is how everyone over the years has cleaned it. He said he did not need to. That unit was not cleaned right. A couple days later I called said I had a leak in inside unit and he never cl

Rich is very personable. He puts himself out there. He completed the task of putting a n outside spigot in the back of the house sooner than I expected. As he was doing the yearly maintenance on the 25 year old oil burner, he came up and got me to show me that the unit needed to be condemned. My daughter and I discussed beforehand that when we would need a new heating unit we would go with natural gas. Rich was walking us through the process. He is very well informed. The best thing about Rich is he shows that he cares about people. I am 71 years old and have a knee replacement that is less than a year old. I also have poor balance. As I was taking him to another room to show him something, I fell very hard on the kitchen tile. He tried to keep me from falling by grabbing the back of my top. After I fell, he helped me up after he checked my legs for breaks. He put me on the sofa, put pillows under my knees, got an ice pack from the freezer, wrapped my knee in a fleece

these two men went out of their way to keep me informed as to what was taking place. I would highly recommend them...

No one wants to deal with a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night, but Richard made the experience a bit more bearable. He communicated and explained what was going on the entire time- from calling before I even got off the phone with Angie?s list, letting me know how far away he was to what he was doing and why. He was very personable and actually cared about what he was doing and wanted to make sure it was done correctly. I will definitely be using them for projects in the future- highly recommend.

Very prompt with putting the new furnace in. Cleaned up everything well. Very courteous. There was a little glitch with the temp. But the problem was fixed and taken care of in good time. Would definitely recommend them.

The owner Richard showed up to my house at 9 PM on a Sunday to help me out to get air conditioning. He was professional, and he did a great job I would definitely recommend them in my area for any HVAC needs

I have absolutely nothing but good to say. Good quality materials, Very professional and caring to work with . Very punctual, and most of all very honest. He didn’t add charges to his estimate, as some other business people have done to me before.

The job was done properly and all of our requests were addressed the guys were very respectful and finished earlier than predicted. I will definitely keep them in my contact list for any future work.
