The initial time they came out, everything went great. The tech wrote it all out on the bill and I couldn't read the writing so I called. I asked if the tech left a message for someone to call me and they said he did. I called the next day and was told they would get back to me. I haven't heard from them since.

Our grinder pump on our septic system malfunctioned, and Markles Plumbing and Heating responded promptly the same day we called. After determining the problem, Markles went to considerable length to find us a compatible pump. In order to facilitate the repair, my husband and I drove out to the Poconos to get the pump, and Markles was at our house when we returned, ready to install it on a Friday afternoon, so that we did not have to spend the weekend without water. They were very professional, friendly, and caring.

They gave quick estimates. They were precise with the time that they said they were going to be there and they cleaned up their job after they were done. I have called other people and their prices were more expensive than the price that Markles charged me. The quality of their work was also topnotch. They were very professional and really responsive. They got back to me with a price on an estimate and they stayed within those boundaries. They actually finished up when they said they would be done and did not drag the job out or anything. They were polite and well dressed. They had uniforms.

We had a slow draining tub and bathroom sink that turned into a no draining tub and sink. The gentleman had to use three or four different types of snakes before he finally got the line opened. Very pleasant, courteous and fast working.
We used this company about 4 1/2 years ago for a broken sewer line and was quite pleased with their work at that time as well.
They will be the first plumber I call if ever in need in the future.

They would call and set up an appointment and then would either cancel or never show up. Most of the time they would say they would call back and never return the call. We told them to stay out of the driveway because it was icy but they did not listen. When they tried to leave they spun the tires kicking up rocks broken windows and damaged my vehicle.
