The plumber had several ideas. He went with the lowest cost one first, then thought he'd work up. It was that one. And he resolved the issue. He was great!

Good communication - office called to let me know about what time plumber would arrive, cost was less than I expected, plumber explained what caused the problem, what he had to do to correct it and why. Would definitely use them again.

Great job on everything. It took a little longer than I would have liked to get a plumber out to the house, but I guess that means Plumbing Masters are in high demand.

They were very professional and explained their steps in great detail.I also had them opened up a welded cast iron pipe that needed to be open to have my sewer lateral video.

Great job on the toilet. One downfall is you cannot select what you want put in-- you must use their vendor products. The toilet turned out to be a water-saving model and it frequently takes two flushes to clear the bowl. The garbage disposal we received from them the last time did not last longer than about five years. The new one installed (had to select their product-- a new one) works magnetically. It is difficult to keep clean and you often have to twist it several times in order to make it and quot;connectand quot; and work. This has been a negative and costly experience however it is a rare event. My overall experience with them is great. They respond very quickly and try to fit me in when I have a significant problem. They did a great job on my sewer lateral and a number of other projects. I trust their skill and advice on most matters. Marvin the plummer is excellent and I usually try to request him. He always tells me how I can save money on projects and he faithfully goes out of his way to do a great and tidy job. Dan is reliable and creative. My family has used them for many years.

I called on Thursday, and they told me that they had no one available that day to come out, but they would contact me to let me know when someone would be available. I was not home on Friday when they told me to call, but got their message and called back within 15 minutes. By then, the plumber was no longer available to come out, and I needed to wait again until someone became available. At that point I felt like I had to stay home just in case they would call and only be available for 10 minutes again. They did then call back in 40 minutes and sent a plumber over who gave me a few options for the work to be completed. He completed the work immediately, and it only took him about 30 minutes. That was a week ago, and I am still waiting on the bill.

Previously, we had no outside water access on the front of our house and watering anything on the front lawn entailed using a long hose strong around from the back of the house and across the driveway. The new faucet that was installed was done quickly, professionally and without damage to the outside of the house or the inside. Plus, the faucet held up well during the winter and is still working great this summer.

The water line is at least 500 feet from the street. I sprang a leak. They had to dig up everything and install a new one. They are good. I did have to wait 2-3 weeks with hardly any water because of hunting season on Pennsylvania. After that they were fine. They are a nice family I just had to wait. It was an ordeal. I have used them before so I called them. They had the equipment needed to do the job and that is hard to find. They made sure there is not a possibility of any more leaks. When they got started they were punctual and professional.

They did good work but we had a tussle with the price. It got adjusted. The problem was that they discovered but was not on our line and our property was in the Earl sewer in the street. Those two guys hung around for an hour or couple of hours. It was for the Earl to do it. But we got charged for it, a couple of hundred dollars and I said they did not do anything but just helped the Earl's with what they were doing. Then we got the bill and finally got it straightened out. We have used them for years and they do good work. They come right way. They were very professional really. This was an unfortunate incident.

They have been my plumbers since I moved in this house 30 years ago. The pricing was fair.

Plumber arrived on time (important when I schedule time off from work). Work done well with no mess for me to clean up afterwards. Will hire again.

Water pressure issue in my home. If your ice maker is making a loud hissing noise when filling have your pressure valve in your home checked. I called PM and explained my issue. They were very helpful explaining what the problem might be and what procedure was. They came and fixed the problem the same day. ( $147.00). 2 or 3 weeks later I had grey smoke and a sulfur smell coming out of my chimney vent when the water heater fired up. I called PM again, very helpful and friendly on the phone. They came the next day and checked my boiler and determined that the fuel nozzle was bad. The guy didn't have the right nozzle with him so, he went and found one. Installed and checked some other things in my boiler and problem was fixed. ($130.00). It was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Work was done in a professional manner. We have used this plumber for years and have always been satisfied.

My contact with the actual Plumbers was fine; however their receptionist was less than pleasant. I felt like I was bothering her and she really could care less about getting new business. I would not use them again. In my opinion, six days is way to long to wait for a plumber, especially when there ae several other reputable plumbers in the area.

Came on time, finished on time, and cleaned up.
