779 Instead of checking for refrigerant leak, the owner, Albert Sobolosky looked in the sewer drain! He did not check for refrigerant leak. Only looked in sewer drain! Still can't believe he didn't check for refrigerant leak! He even said he doesn't know what to do!
Albert's Heating & Air Conditioning Inccleared the sludge buildup from the drain line checked pressures and connectors cleaned the coils
SUNSET AIR AND HOME SERVICES INCIt went well. Tom came in with his skid loader and graded the driveway of so that it will drain instead of puddle. He spread #3A limestone and then tracked it in with his machine. Instead of a wet, sloppy driveway, I've got a solid dry driveway.
Miller Contracting and Excavation. Plumber fixed both problems. Put cap on garbage disposal and unclogged drain. Worker kept me informed during process He cleaned up the kitchen floor and other debris and replaced my things under the sink.
They came out and they installed french drains, and two sump pumps. They were very good.

He ran a snake in all 3 drains and the total time it took was about an hour and make sure they were open then closed everything as it was when he started.
