"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

2008 years of experience

Appliancezone.com is a leading on-line retailer of appliance parts and accessories for do-it-yourself homeowners. Incorporated in 2008, it was started by CEO, Jim Allen and his wife Paula, who operated an appliance repair business for nearly fourteen years prior to starting the internet company Appliance Zone.

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

Additional location is 5681 Horning Rd Pittsburgh PA, 15236. Additional location phone number is (412) 655-1143. Also DBA Bardan's.

"I purchased a new speed Queen dryer from Daniels in early January. They dryer died after the second load. I contacted Daniels and was told that I was on my own as Daniels is not a certified speed queen servicer. I was not offered any help or compensation. After several calls to speed queen, I was forced to find an independent servicer. When they finally came out they discovered that the main circuit board had failed. They part is on back order with no eta. Since is has been over 30 days without a dryer I was forced to buy a replacement dryer. I have attempted to contact Daniels several times with no response. They don’t stand behind what they sell. I feel that I was mislead as I was never told that they were not authorized to service what they sell despite having a service department."

White Vacuum Company is a retailer of vacuum cleaners, parts, and supplies. We deal in both residential and light commercial products. White Vacuum has been serving our customers needs for over 40 years. We carry products from all the major manufacturers including Dyson, Hoover, Sanitaire, Panasonic, Bissell, Eureka, Dirt Devil, Royal, and many more. White Vacuum is an authorized warranty repair center for most major brands. We sell both new and refurbished vacuum cleaners. White Vacuum also sells specialty vacuums such as handvacs, canisters, backpack vacuums, stick vacuums and hard floor mops. We also carry bags, belts, filters, HEPA filters, parts, carpet shampoo, deodorants, fragrances, dusters, and many attachments. We offer carpet cleaner rentals. Our technicians can repair most makes and models. We always give you an estimate, and get your approval before we repair any products. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions, 412-823-3302.

"Although the part needed to repair our Dyson was on backorder for several weeks, White Vacuum was courteous and professional in communicating with us. (Backorder was no fault of White's as they are required to use a 3rd party supplier for Dyson parts.) When our vacuum was ready, we were very pleased that the whole unit had been cleaned. We tried it out as soon as we got home and it worked like a brand new machine. Parts & Service totaled $75. It was well worth the cost."

"I thought getting a contractor through Home Depot would cost more but they would provide contractors with a high level of professionalism. I contacted the Home Depot and paid the $99 fee for MC Enterprise to provide me with an estimate for performing the work for remodeling my home (add a bathroom, remodel 2 bathrooms, reconfigure the kitchen, enlarge 2 bedrooms, and upgrade the electrical service). I make my payment to Home Depot December 8, 2021, 7 days ago, and have yet to receive a call from MC Enterprise. I contacted Home Depot several times and was told they contacted MC Enterprise and left message several times. I got MC Enterprise contact information and contacted them myself, December 13, and still no return call. I can understand being busy, but I expect a level of professionalism that would at least result in a phone call."
