He did the job the way we wanted and he had to go through walls. He did a wonderful job. There were a few issues because we had him install a brand he does not use but he came back and helped us figure it out. They did a really good job.

First time experience with this local business.  Vince, the owner, made a no-charge house call in advance of the purchase to help us decide how to modify a long-existing TV & stereo setup.
On the day of the install Vince and Matt arrived on time as promised.  And Matt was kind enough not to smoke that day!  Both are pleasant men to have working in your home.  The TV install went smoothly.  Frame was built on site with the entire job taking most of 1 day.  And, after testing the reconnected speakers identified some issues, Vince stayed a couple of hours later than planned to troubleshoot and fix the wiring in the basement.  Much appreciated.  Also good to have the owner involved in the installation.
TV price was competitive and when the speaker selector switch came in costing less than the estimate, Vince lowered the price.  Honest & commendable!!  Labor & other material costs seemed to be reasonable.  They took away the old TV and also vacuumed after drilling holes for mounting the frame.
No complaints, everything is working.
