.WHEN I GOT BACK TO TOWN I HAD TO CALL THEM TO SEE IF THEY WERE READY,  THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE READY IN ABOUT 2 HOURS.  THEY CALLED TO STATE THE SEWING MACHINE AND THE SERGER WERE READY BUT THE COVER STITCH MACHINE, THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO REPAIR AND I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE SOMEWHERE ELSE.  I STATED THE MACHINE WAS NOT BROKE WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN FOR TUNE UP AND THE REPAIR MAN HUNG UP ON ME.  I WENT TO PICK UP THE MACHINES AND MY COVER STITCH MACHINE WAS TAPED IN THE FRONT, THE FRONT COVER WILL NOT EVEN SHUT, THE MACHINE IS COMPLETELY UNUSABLE, AND COMPLETELY BROKEN.  I TALKED WITH THE OWNER, WHO TOOK NO RESPONSIBLITY FOR THIS AT ALL, AND WHEN I GOT MAD SHE THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE, AND HAVE ME ARRESTED FOR BEING MAD THAT MY EXPENSIVE COVER STITCH MACHINE WAS NOW IN PIECES.
I OFFERED TO BUY ANOTHER MACHINE IF THE OWNER WOULD GIVE ME A DISCOUNT BUT SHE SAID NO.  SHE WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM
