 + -1 moreWhen Jenny Doan could not make the show due to her flight cancelation because of weather it was rescheduled for the next day. I couldn't make it and was told through an e-mail that I would get a refund after I gave my info. on how I paid and where to send it. I gave my info at least 3 times over the phone and through e-mails and never did get my refund. Not very good business. Beware!
Description of Work: Gloria scheduled several show with Jenny Doan. I reserved a spot at the May 12, 2014 show. When I arrived we were able to look at sewing machines and purchase things while we waited for Jenny. I did purchase quite a few things.

 + -1 more.WHEN I GOT BACK TO TOWN I HAD TO CALL THEM TO SEE IF THEY WERE READY, THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE READY IN ABOUT 2 HOURS. THEY CALLED TO STATE THE SEWING MACHINE AND THE SERGER WERE READY BUT THE COVER STITCH MACHINE, THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO REPAIR AND I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I STATED THE MACHINE WAS NOT BROKE WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN FOR TUNE UP AND THE REPAIR MAN HUNG UP ON ME. I WENT TO PICK UP THE MACHINES AND MY COVER STITCH MACHINE WAS TAPED IN THE FRONT, THE FRONT COVER WILL NOT EVEN SHUT, THE MACHINE IS COMPLETELY UNUSABLE, AND COMPLETELY BROKEN. I TALKED WITH THE OWNER, WHO TOOK NO RESPONSIBLITY FOR THIS AT ALL, AND WHEN I GOT MAD SHE THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE, AND HAVE ME ARRESTED FOR BEING MAD THAT MY EXPENSIVE COVER STITCH MACHINE WAS NOW IN PIECES. I OFFERED TO BUY ANOTHER MACHINE IF THE OWNER WOULD GIVE ME A DISCOUNT BUT SHE SAID NO. SHE WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM
Description of Work: I TOOK ALL THREE OF MY SEWING MACHINES IN FOR YEARLY TUNE UP, THEY WERE ALL WORKING FINE WHEN I DROPPED THEM OFF, I HAVE AN ALTERATION BUSINESS AND USUALLY TAKE THEM IN WHEN I CLOSE FOR VACATION. I TOOK MY SEWING MACHINE, MY SERGER AND MY COVER STITCH MACHINE IN FOR TUNE-UP. I ASKED FOR THESE TO BE READY BY AUG. 7TH, IF NOT PLEASE CALL AND I WILL HAVE MY HUSBAND PICK THEM UP AND I WILL BRING THEM BACK SOME OTHER TIME
