"Our inspector, Joe Donnelly, was recommended by our realtor. He was very nice and did catch a lot of smaller things on our home inspection. However, he majorly screwed up on the electrical part of the inspection: he noted that there were a few double tapped breakers that we should get fixed, but somehow did not notice that none of the breakers were GFCI or arc-fault protected. He also missed the lack of sticker on the box, which meant the electrical work in the house had never been inspected (or at least never passed). When we called an electrician in to fix the double tapped breaker issue, he immediately pointed out the non- arc fault, non-GFCI, no inspection situation and was shocked the home inspector didn't notice either issue. We now have gotten estimates of several thousand dollars to fix the electrical issues, expenses we were not planning on. If Joe had found these issues, we likely would not have gone through with buying this house."

"Awesome company! Called on Friday and they came out first thing Saturday morning. Another company supposedly tried to snake the drain then told me the drain couldn't be unclogged and the basement floor had to be dug up to get to the main pipe to replace it- $5,000- $7,000!! Along came AllClear and said there was no way the drain could have been snaked without cutting the pipe as it was a double sink- so he cut the pipe and found the clog in the trap- snaked the main pipe where there were no problems and now the water runs right on through. So happy - will definitely call again for any future needs!! Also referred to friends and family!"

"Jeff saved us in a pinch. Randomly our hot water cartridge went and wouldn’t allow the hot water to shut off. That wouldn’t have been a big deal if the shutoff value hadn’t failed as well. Jeff showed up the same day and fixed two valves, replaced the faucet, and did so under less than ideal working conditions (previous home owners did some shoddy home pipe work). He identified a rotting drain pipe and trap, and came back today to fix that issue. While he was here he also replaced a two hose bibs, a bad shutoff valve attached to one of the hose bibs. Jeff is fast, courteous, knowledgeable and affordable. I would highly recommend him."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."
