"I was in panic mode, I had a fire in a bedroom my, microwave and heater died and the electric co. was of now help. I called mark and he identified the source of the problem being a ground wire that that belonged to the electric co. He rearranged his schedule for the next day and not only did he get the electric co. to come back and fix there problem he contacted my homeowners ins. co and got them to reimburse me. I now have a new fuse box that is up to code. which will provide a worry free future electrically."
