Amazing. Frank called me within 24 hours of my request and gave me a nice walkthrough of what my issue might be. He called me at 9am and by 11am he was at my house inspecting the issue. 2 days later he and his crew had my new breaker installed within an hour. The wiring was incredibly clean and organized and my basement is all set to handle the additional power of a dehumidifier. My toddler also gave him many fist-bumps. I’d give the whole experience a 10/10!

I live and 1.5 hours away and Frank and his crew were willing to make the trip to provide services. At first he suggested I find someone more local. He checked back with me to be sure I found someone. When I told him I was waiting for call backs butno luck yet. He said, not too worry, he would come & take care of my problem. Frank was provided a levrl of customer service that is a rarity these days. He provided of an estimate based on photos I sent him. He wanted to be sure he came fully equipped with whatever parts may be needed. His genuine care and honest approach was greatly appreciated. In the end, a friend's son, an electrician who lives local, came to do the work. I highly recommend Frank & his team. Frank Hammer was wonderful and quickly addressed my concerns and offered solutions, which he implemented professionally. He called me and I immediately felt comfortable with doing business with him. He gave an estimate, which detailed the work to be done, showed up early (which by military standards is on time) and completed the work within the timeframe he told me. These were great! They arrive as scheduled ready to work. They were very responsive to my needs. The installation of the Tesla charger and running the wire went without a hitch. I highly recommend this electrical contractor and if I need anything else they sure be the first on the list to call.

Our electrical panel started arcing so we shut it off and had Frank come out and look at it. Initially thought it was from overloading the breaker box but come to find out there were several things done wrong that were fire hazards by previous owners and electricians. I liked Frank because he came quick and was consistent. A lot of people will normally try and upsell you and we initially thought we needed to upgrade to 200 amps based off of having all electrical appliances. Frank came in, showed us what was wrong, told us what we could do, what we couldn’t do, and assured us we did not need 200amps. He was also very reasonable with pricing. Definitely recommend and will be using Hammers Home Improvement for future projects.

I was very pleased with Hammer's service and work. His estimate was in the middle of the three companies. Frank never tried to upsell me on service but he did make it clear that the grounding had to be updated to code as part of the project (it was a very old panel). All in all I will use Hammers Home Improvement and Electrical in the future.
