"I got my basement waterproofed in January 2023 paid $16K for it & I had to call them twice already because still getting water in the basement not only that but this machine has been beeping consistently every 2-3 seconds because it needs service I called them to come out to resolve the matter but have to wait a whole month for someone to come out! For me to pay $16K to get horrible service & still go through the water issue is not good at all!!!"

"I can’t recommend Tuck’s Waterproofing highly enough. They repaired two foundation wall cracks externally and put in a second sump pit with a battery backup for us. Throughout the process Tucker was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, patient in answering all of my questions, responsive (he came out twice to assess to assess, answer my questions, and provide a quote before beginning work), clean, and truly went beyond the scope of work to proactively address any other issues he saw. That is such a differentiator in my mind: he saw the primary sump pump line was cracked on the exterior pointed it out and and fixed it for no additional cost; when putting the dirt back for the external crack repair, he noticed the initial grading wasn’t great so he proactively graded for us; he also cut out a partially clogged pop-up line and replaced it with a new one rather than simply tying the new sump line into a poor one. His price was also very competitive relative to two other providers. I feel confident that if any issues were to arise going forward that Tucker would partner to address because his integrity is so apparent. It’s been a month and several rains since and our basement issues are clearly completely remediated. Ultimately we were so pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Tucker for water remediation issues. His crew left our basement cleaner than they found it, and we have literally nothing but positives so say about the entire experience."
