We accept Cash/ Check/ Visa/MasterCard From Your First Call With your first call to the Haran Construction office, a Client Coordinator will discuss the project or repairs you are considering, and determine if you will need an estimate or if the work can be done on an hourly basis. If your project will require an estimate, you will be scheduled an exact-time appointment for a free consultation with a Remodeling Consultant. Free Consultation Our team of professionals is courteous and will arrive on time. Our Remodeling Consultant will visit your home or job site and talk through your needs and projects. If you decide that Haran Construction is right for you, you will be contacted by a Haran Construction Team Director to schedule the work to be done. Click Here for a Free Consultation Scheduling & Ordering Materials Upon signing of the contract, your Remodeling Consultant will come to your job site to walk through the project and prepare for construction. A Project Specialist will be scheduled to build your project. Haran Construction will order necessary materials. Construction Your Project Specialist will build the project according to your contract. You will have regular contact with your Haran Construction Project Manager and Remodeling Consultant, and access to our 24-hour emergency services. All Haran Construction Specialists have a minimum of 10 years experience, and have undergone a series of background checks. Completion At project completion, you will meet with your Remodeling Consultant to make a punch list of final touch-ups, clean-up and repairs. You will receive a 1-year warranty on all work performed. CEO Harry W. Smith has extensive experience in the building trades. He started his career in 1978 as a Union Carpenter. Harry attended a 4 year apprenticeship program. He has worked on some very large projects, new construction, and remodeling construction. Harry has worked as a Foreman and has undertaken jobs such as the Uni-Mart in South Philadelphia and United Engineers project in Voorhees, NJ. In 1986 he went out on his own and started Harry W. Smith, Inc. In 1990 Harry ran his company on a part time basis and pursued a career as a computer engineer. Today that company has transformed into Haran Construction Company, LLC.
