When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."
