The crew showed up on time, removed the old stove and installed the new one in an amazingly quick manner. Everything works perfectly. They even cleaned the chimney. Since the Coal Stove was relatively new ( we just don’t like Coal), Creekside put the Stove in their inventory and sold it on consignment for us. What a great group of people! Would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them in the future."

"John responded promptly and he came out and gave me an estimate. I paid him for parts ordered and he called me a few months later to set up an appointment for the repair. He came out on the day specified and got the fireplace working. This was summer and we didn't turn it on until late October. When we turned it on, it filled the house with a natural gas smell. I called John and he told me he was busy but would come out in a week or two. We set up an appointment and he never showed. I tried to call him and he sent a text saying he was in the hospital. I was unable to contact him by phone ever since. He just texted saying can't talk now! This job cost me Nearly $1,000 and I still don't have a working fireplace! I sent him an email asking for an explanation, as we can all have trouble, but he never responded."

Met with Rick and his lawyer to have properly installed pipe work. Rick did send his techs to install new chimney and stove pipe (with proper length so the 2 pipes would actually connect) after this meeting however, he continues to blame the owner rather than accept accountability. Never hire again!"
