I moved into my home in November of 2020 and discovered that when it rained there was a tremendous amount of water that would build up in front of my front t door. John offered several solutions and I elected to address the drainage issue with a French drain solution around the front and side of the house . In addition Plymouth Nursery installed a flag stone porch and walk way with Belgium blocks as a border. Lighting was included in the package as well as new shrubs and plants. "Terri, the designer, spent about 1.5-2 hours looking at the closet, asking questions, designing the system, and providing pricing during her visit.  She listened to our requirements, answered all of our questions and explained the installation process and the requirements for removing baseboards and emptying the closet before installation.  6 weeks later, the system was installed in a few hours by one installer.  He was neat, did the cutting in his truck, and cleaned up before he left.  The installation matched the design drawings perfectly.  I was surprised at how sturdy and well-built the shelving components are.  We got a built-in laundry hamper, which is a great feature.  The company seems to be very well run, with friendly, courteous employees and quality built in to all of their work processes.  I would definitely recommend them.  Make sure to use a 40% off coupon - they are easy to find.
