I negotiated the cost with the fellow that came out to estimate the job after doing the excavation to the pipe myself. The flagged point was exactly where the break was. The prices was reasonable and I had them do the job. We arranged for the team to come out in late afternoon and I got a call that they could be there even earlier. Back in business and very thankful."

Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks.
