flooding in my area caused about 2 feet of water to come into the lower part of my home and had damaged everything and the septic tank alert alarm system had failed and I did not know if my septic tank was pumping or not because of so much water on the property. After the waters had drained off outside and mostly out of the house, I called John Gmelch for help. John was very professional, knowledgeable and polite he came right away and checked my septic tank outside and tested my septic tank alert alarm inside and found the trouble was the septic tank alert alarm had burned out and he replaced it at a reasonable cost and now it operates prefect. Take my advise put John Gmelch as #1 on your list, I highly recommend him. Thank you John.

John was hired by my neighbor to help with his sewer lateral replacement. When problems arose outside of his and my neighbors control with my sewer lateral, he not only came back to help troubleshoot, but worked an entire day in the frigid temperatures to make the necessary repairs, saving us from future damages to our properties. He even helped with the discussions with the borough to make repairs to code and according tot he borough's specifications. He is knowledgeable and professional and has his nose to the grind against any adverse conditions with his number one priority being that the job gets done to the best of his ability, and that it gets done right. I would recommend him time and time again!

John answered my call. Came out the same day. I had a crack in my foundation wall which allowed water into my basement. He dug down to the base of the foundation and secured the wall in the event the crack lengthened in the future. He left my yard in good condition. But more importantly, he had to remove two sections of my neighbor's fence to get into my yard. He seeded their lawn where his backhoe travelled and replaced the fence without damage.

John was a very nice guy. He was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease using him. I did get one price just below John's, but went with him. I would use John in the future and highly reccomend him to anyone who can use his service. We ran in to a problem that had nothing to do with John and he worked with us and went above and beyond to get that problem fixed. I can't say enough good things about my experience with John.
