We do mold inspection, testing, and remediation work. We utilize the best technology available today, such as Structural Pasteurization, the technique of bringing the structures core temperature up to kill the desired biological. Structural pasteurization eliminates mold behind walls and in ceilings without the expense of removal and replacement, save thousands of dollars and eliminate the hassle of rebuilding! Their installation of a whole house dehumifier as a complete disaster. I'm left with an $1800 dehumidifier that doesnt work. It leaks water on the floor. They also installed blowin-in insulation, which resulted in areas of the attic which are now unusable. I was not informed that ceiling fixtures needed to be isolated from the insulation, and that cat-walks needed to be installed to have access to areas of the attic that needed maintenance, such as a/c system, etc. I do not recommend Expediant."
