The second year it was windy and the tech said he would come back on another day to finish but never did. The service was adequate and I got good results. My main complaint is that I contacted this contractor and his tech several times this month to set up a spraying for this year. I called many times and left messages and also emailed via the address on this site but nothing! This is an extremely poor way to run a business and a terrible way to treat a returning customer of three years! I would not recommend Archer to anyone and would never do business with them again!.

Keith from Archer Pest talked to me about spraying my house exterior for all sorts of bugs...just bought an old house and wanted to treat it. He was quick in his response and very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't pay for anything that I didn't need. Summer 2015-came to my previous house in less than hour and took care of wasps without me being home. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Keith was very professional.  He returned my phone calls and was very responsive to my requests.  He came when he said he would and took care of the problems.  He was also informative about the habit of wasps.

Worked done in a professional manner.....and provided comments/views when done
Came back one time for a second treatment in one area of our house........no cost.
This is exactly the way services should be provided..........but seldom are!

They did a good job and they resolved the problem. It was a combination of chemical and heat treatment for a two-story house. They were very accommodating with scheduling, too. The only issue I had was that I wanted an after-the-fact inspection, and they never showed up for it. Other than that, they did a good job.

showed up right on time, explained what he was going to do and that if the problem returned to give them a call and he would come back. the problem was resolved the first time and i was very happy with the service.

I called for a consult. He returned the call within 3 hours and came immediately within the hour. He is a professional in every respect, and I will call for their help when the next infestation occurs. He didn't try to sell us a contract (like a previous experience)
He told us what to do in the next 24-48 hours and said that if we have any more trouble, to just call.

Came to do routine spraying - no infestation issues yet and want to keep it that way! On time professional and friendly

They were prompt in returning my call, friendly and very accommodating in making the appointment to come to the house. An appointment was made for within two days of the telephone call. Ed checked the attics and agreed we had mice. He gave us options on how to get rid of them and we decided to have him put the bait in the attics. We haven't heard any scratching or noises in the attic for at least a week or longer. I would use them again in a heart beat.

The service went well. We continued to have some ants in the kitchen - though it was definitely fewer. I reported the problem a week later and he came and retreated for the ants with no charge. Problem solved.
The price was a little high but as I mentioned they stand behind their work with no hassle. We'll call back when we need an exterminator.

I called for help with a spider problem. The technician came the next
day. He examined the house and treated just the problem that we wanted
to have treated. He didn't try to sell us extra service.

Archer Pest control immediately scheduled a time for a technician, Ed, to treat our house. Ed was knowledgeable, personable, and answered all of our questions. We contacted them Tuesday afternoon-- Archer completed their treatment the following morning. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have their yard/house treated for fleas. The results have been wonderful-- money well spent.

They drilled a couple of holes in the window frame that we heard the chewing and scratching. They pumped in a dry powder that permiated the cracks and crevises within the window. They sprayed all around within the house, beginning in the basement, apraying all around all the walls, and then the living area on both levels, and then went up into the crawl space in the attic and sprayed. Then, finally, they took a high pressure sprayer and hit the enire outside of the house from the roof down to the ground.

We were so happy with his work the first few times, he was so professional. We were so disappointed with no response recently.

They were very professional and responsive to my needs. The quality of work was good. Everything worked out well.

I found them through Angies List and he was great. He was very honest and didn't do anything for me, but helped me know the problem. I am on their gold plan and they do not charge me, but keep coming back for service. He came very quickly and I will use his services again.

They were prompt and did a good job in killing the ants. We don't have them anymore. Their price was very good. They said they had a contract available if we wanted it, but they weren't pushy on it.

For some reason I had an red ant problem in my kitchen. I tried everything. Archer came in and took care of the problem. He also gave me a 30 day warranty. For $50 for him to jump right in and service my home was pleasing to me. He was very pleasant and nice. He was easy to work with. He tried hard to mesh our schedules for the service. He made a point to come this morning when I was available. He could have put me off til next week so it impressed me he made the appointment work for today. I am very happy with Archer Pest Control. I thought his price was very reasonable. In addition he came out of his way to service me. Everything he moved and took out of place he returned to the proper location. He also gave me other ideas of things to try on my own if the problem continues.
